Our Bishop
Bishop Edington became Bishop in Charge of the Convocation of Episcopal Churches in Europe on 6 April 2019.
The Rt. Rev. Mark D.W. Edington of the Diocese of Massachusetts was elected as the next Bishop in Charge of the Convocation on 20 October 2018. The election took place during the annual Convention of the Convocation in All Saints’ Church in Waterloo Belgium. He is based in Paris.

Our Rector / Priest-in-Charge
The Rector of All Saints’ Church retired at the end of August 2024. The position of Priest-in-Charge is currently vacant.
Our Associate Priest
The Rev. Jo Jan Vandenheede is a native-born Belgian, with his family originating all over Flanders, growing up in the Kempen (a region in the East, near the Dutch border). He studied in Ghent, London, and Brussels, specialising in History of Art/Religious studies, Theology, and the Middle East.
After Ordination in 2014 in the Lutheran Church in Great Britain, Jo Jan took up his first pastoral post in Liverpool. Since his return to Belgium in 2017, he has worked for the administration of the United Protestant Church and for the Central Committee of the Anglican Church.
His PhD at the Protestant Faculty (Brussels) is on the ecumenical relations between Anglicans and Lutherans, notably the full communion agreements of The Episcopal Church.
Jo Jan’s hobbies are music, writing, cinema, and a little bit of fitness. He lives near Ghent with his partner and their opinionated cat.
Our Church Administrator
Fiona White has been working in the church office since 2016. She studied at Trinity College of Music in London and then went on to work at Decca Records. Following her marriage and the birth of their two daughters, Fiona and her family lived in the Netherlands for five years before moving to Belgium in 1993.
As well as working for the church, she does proofreading in English for many of the European institutions.
